The Arc Alliance's primary mission is to assist people of all ages with intelectual and developmental disabilities to obtain the rights and resources they require to become, to the fullest-extent possible, independent, self-sufficient, participating and contributing members of society.

We promote and provide work and work training which enhance the live of our participants and allows them to be seen as productive and active citizens in the community.

Our Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program helps Texans with disabilities prepare for, find and keep employment. This program also helps students with disabilities plan the jump from school to work.

The Arkansas Division of Services for the Blind is dedicated to the independence of Arkansans who are blind or visually impaired and is committed to the principle that these individuals have the right to make informed choices regarding where they live, where they work, how they participate in the community, and how they interact with others.

The Arc of Louisiana is an organization of and for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. It is devoted to promoting and improving supports and services for people with developmental disabilities and their families. The Arc is people – people with developmental disabilities, parents, family members, and friends who work together. We are a grassroots organization with over 6,000 members affiliated through 21 local chapters across the state. A board of directors and a delegate body of representatives from each chapter guides the work of The Arc.

It is the mission of the Association for Retarded Citizens - Iberville to support full community life for children and adults with mental retardation and developmental disabilities.

New Horizons believes that each individual is different and unique and should not be treated as if one size fits all. We work with consumers with all types of disabilities to assist them in accomplishing their personal goals for independent living. Each independent living plan is as unique as the individual consumer.
