What You Will Be Doing

• Research and process corporate actions and loan restructures
• Maintains accurate global data for facilities and issuers
• Actively researches global discrepancies with various agents and internal clients
• Comprehend, interpret, and analyze complex legal documents to ensure compliance of transactions
• Proactively and effectively communicates with agents, clients, team members and within the firm as needed
• Works closely with others to resolve issues effectively and timely
• Runs various internal reports as needed and handles global level issues
• Assists in identifying and resolving monthly reporting data issues
• Assists with procedure documentation
• Assist with employee training
• Assists with system development and testing as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Typically, at least 5 years' experience in financial services or trust operations
• Experience with syndicated loan operations
• Ability to read and interpret credit agreements and other loan documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and multi-task
• Capable of taking initiative and ownership of job responsibilities
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Perform job duties accurately and timely
• Proven ability to adhere to deadlines and targets
