While reporting to thePlant Engineer, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the availability of the plant's equipment and managing the work load of the plant's hourly maintenance team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Schedules, assigns, supervises daily maintenance work.
  • Assures all maintenance work is completed safely.
  • Ensures effective completion of PM program.
  • Leads / supports continuous improvement activities such as throughput increases and downtime reductions.
  • Facilitates timely completion of root cause analysis activities.
  • Supports hiring of hourly maintenance staff in coordination with Plant Engineer.
  • Manages training needs for all hourly maintenance staff.

This position is in our Jamesburg Rigid Paper and Closures Division Plant and is located in Dayton, NJ.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have 3-5 years in maintenance supervision and/or manufacturing equipment management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $79,800 to $ 95,760, plus quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
