Qualifications:

• Desire a career in Construction Project Management, Field Supervision, or Estimating.

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree relevant to the construction industry (e.g. construction management, construction engineering, construction technology, etc.)

• Must be authorized to work in the United States 18 years of age or older

• Posses a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation to travel to and from the job site

• Able to work in MN or other states where our construction projects are located (a monthly housing allowance will be provided to selected candidates who are working in an area different from their residence)

• Able to navigate through a construction site on a daily basis, climb ladders and stairs

• Able to work around and near welding, cutting, grinding, heavy equipment and cranes

• Based on client requirements, candidates may be required to complete a criminal background check

• This is an hourly non-exempt position required to work 40 hours a week

• This position will be assigned to work at a commercial construction job site located in MN, ND, or another state.

• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

• PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1-B, etc.) for this position.

• Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test
